Ordering and delivery
What do I actually receive?
Every bundle is an instant digital download. After checkout you'll get a link to your files straight away, so nothing is posted to you and there's nothing to wait for.
What's included in a bundle collection?
Seven keepsakes: a 44-page memory book, 50 conversation cards, a family tree, a photo album, a letter set, quick-fire rounds and a guide. Over 150 pages in one design system.
Can I buy just the book?
Yes. The 44-page memory book is available on its own if you'd rather start small.
Printing and filling in
Do I have to print it?
No. Every book comes in two editions: a print edition to write in by hand, and a fillable edition you can type into on a Mac, PC or iPad. Both are included at no extra cost.
What paper and settings should I use?
Our printing guide walks through paper weight, borderless settings and binding options so the finished book feels like a keepsake rather than a stack of paper.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, you're welcome to print as many copies as you like for your own family. Please don't resell or share the files.
Everything else
Can I personalise the pages?
The fillable edition lets you type your own answers throughout. The layout, borders and chapter openers stay as designed so the finished book keeps its look.
