Shipping policy

We don't ship anything — and that's by design.

Every product sold by The Memory Story Co. is a digital download. There is no physical item, no parcel, and no courier involved at any point in your order.

How delivery actually works

You complete your purchase at checkout.
Your files are made available for download immediately — typically within a few minutes, straight to the email address you used to order.
You download your PDF files, print them at home or at a local print shop, and put them together however you like (see our Printing Guide for paper and binding suggestions).

There's no delivery time to wait for, no shipping fee, no tracking number, and no risk of a parcel going missing in the post. What you're buying is ready as soon as we can process it often within minutes, always the same day.

If your files don't arrive

If you haven't received your download link shortly after completing payment, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there, email us at [your support email] with your order number and we'll resolve it straight away — see our Refund Policy for what happens if a file genuinely fails to reach you.

International orders

Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no customs charges, import duties, or international delivery restrictions. Your files are available to download from anywhere in the world, the same way, at the same speed.
